Nigerian singer and music sensation Ayra Starr has officially sealed a major international deal by joining the Jay-Z's Roc Nation rooster. The singer name and discography have been disclosed as a new signee on the Roc Nation’s official website.
This agreement comes just weeks after Roc Nation publicly celebrated Ayra Starr's first BET Award win. Many people believe that the gesture was a sign of the emerged partnership. In addition to that, the singer dropped a teased of her upcoming single, Hot Body, which is set to release soon under the management of Roc Nation.
However, it's worth mentioning that no official announcement or public documents was made from either the Roc Nation Label or Mavin Record Label concerning the agreement.
All we can see is that the 21 year old singer—whom was nominated for the 2024 Grammy Awards in the Best African Music Performance category for her hit single Rush—was unveiled as a new signee to Jay-Z record label.
