Glovo Manager Portal: Complete Guide for Partners

Here's everything every Glovo partners and business managers must know about the Glovo Manager Portal.
Glovo Couriers making payments

The Glovo Manager Portal is the online control center created for Glovo partnered businesses and vendors—like restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other vendors—to help them manage orders in real time, update menus and list their products, track sales performance, adjust operations, and manage staffs access.

Glovo is an on-demand delivery company just like Uber Eats, Bolt Food, DoorDash, and Deliveroo. However, Glovo works with more in-depth scope; instead of focusing only on food delivery strategies, the company diversifies operations as an “everything app” in the on-demand delivery space.

Glovo focuses on foods (rendering services to restaurants, fast food, and grocery stores), retail items (like pharmacy, electronics, flowers, and convenience goods), couriers service (a network of independent couriers—called “Glovers”—that pick up and deliver the items), and partners that list their menus or products on the Glovo’s platform.

To be more precise, Glovo is a marketplace that connects three main groups—customers (consumers who order), partners (businesses or vendors who sell products), and couriers (glovers who pick up the products ordered from vendors and deliver them to consumers)—altogether. The Glovo partners manage their accounts via Glovo Manager Portal.

In a nutshell, Glovo Manager Portal is a dedicated online dashboard designed for Glovo's partners to stay organized, improve performance, and maximize sales. Glovo Couriers use the Glovo Courier app to manage their accounts, earnings, and deliveries. Glovo customers, on the other hand, order products through the Glovo app.

How Partners Work using the Glovo Manager Portal

The working processes are simple. Once you've sign an agreement with Glovo by creating the partner account on the on-demand delivery platform, you can begin to list your products or menu to the platform by uploading it either manually or via API integration.

After you've successfully listed your products, customers will see them on their Glovo app and order. The products are listed on Glovo per category. For instance, menu will be listed in food category and customers looking for something to eat will definitely order from you.

Once customers order their foods on Glovo app, the restaurant gets notified about the order on the Glovo Manager Portal or their POS system that has been connected to the manager portal. The order will be processed and a Glovo courier will picks it up, and delivers it to the customer.

Payments are processed by Glovo, and the partner gets payouts (minus Glovo’s commission). You can check out this our written article to learn more about how about how much Glovo pay couriers per delivery.

In a nutshell, Glovo works by bringing customers to the partners, the partners provide the goods, couriers handle the goods delivery from the partners to the customers, and Glovo orchestrates and takes a cut.
