- On the profile page, tap "KYC Level" to access your submitted documents.
- Now tap "Update Information" to change your BVN.

Can I Unlink my BVN from Palmpay account?
Yes, you can unlink your bank verification number (BVN) from Palmpay only if you're trying to create a third Palmpay account and your BVN has already been linked to two accounts. The platform will then give you options to delink your BVN from one account so that you can proceed with the third account registration. As per CBN directive, one individual can only use his BVN and NIN on a single financial institution twice.
How Can I check my BVN on Palmpay?
You can check your BVN on Palmpay undrr your account profile. However, it's important to note that only the last 4- digits of the number will be displayed. On OPAY, first 5-digits are displayed. Same thing is applicable to NIN.
How to remove BVN from Palmpay?
You cannot remove your BVN or NIN from either OPay or Palmpay. Once these documents are linked, you can only modify them, or delink it them for use on third account registration. You cannot remove or delete your NIN and BVN from your bank account.
How to remove BVN from loan app?
Removing your BVN and NIN from loan app is possible. All loan apps are mandated to delete user's information upon request. However, you'll need to pay off all your outstanding loans before your financial information are deleted on their userbase.
