Google is introducing its AI assistant Gemini to Google TV today with TCL’s QM9K series TVs be the first to offer the AI assistant. However, plans are in place to get GEMINI on more devices, TVs, and streaming boxes running Google TV before this year runs out. In other words, Gemini AI assistant will be coming later this year to devices like: Google TV Streamer, Walmart onn 4K Pro, 2025 models of Hisense (U7, U8, UX), and more TCL models ( like QM7K, QM8K, X11K) that will get Gemini later. However, it's important to note that it's not all the Google TV devices that'll get this AI feature at the same time or immediately after rollout; there is a phased rollout that allows Google to gradually introduce Gemini, test its performance, fix potential issues, and make sure that it's compatible across different models and regions before making it widely available.
